Empower Your Special Education, 504, or Inclusion Journey with Expert Advocacy
With more than 40 years of combined professional experience and a lifetime of personal advocacy, Tara Soesbe and William Soesbe III partners with families to help them confidently navigate the educational system and beyond. They support families in understanding and accessing services through the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, helping ensure students receive appropriate supports through Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
Tara and Bill work alongside families to advocate for meaningful educational opportunities while also helping them prepare for life beyond school. Her approach focuses on empowerment; equipping families with the knowledge, language, and confidence to champion their child’s strengths, promote independence, and build pathways for success in school, community life, and adulthood.
They also support families in exploring inclusive opportunities and supports in adulthood, including employment, community living, and meaningful participation in everyday life. They deeply believe that inclusion does not end at graduation; every individual deserves the chance to contribute, belong, and continue growing within a community that recognizes their value and potential.
